REFUND POLICY

We want to make it right, and make sure you have the best experience possible.

Our Herb kits and Bath Soaks are products that fall under the category of Non-Returnable Perishable goods.

For this reason, we do not accept returns for the safety and wellbeing of our customers.
Once the packages have been opened- we can no longer guarantee their purity. We appreciate your understanding.

We're sure you'll love our Ritual herbs, but if you are unhappy for any reason, we want to make it right.

SHIPPING 

We pack all of our orders with love & care and are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FED EX or USPS and come with full tracking details.

US orders are processed the same day (or next day) and general delivery times are between 3-7 days.


International Delivery times will vary from country to country and may be impacted by different worldly events. In general, International orders take between 10-20 days to arrive.


ORDERS

Once you have placed you order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process . If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send us a message.

We always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information as soon as it's ready!


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required.
If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information.


CURRENCY

All orders are charged in USD.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

Loving your purchase is our top priority. This is what we've mindfully packaged each order so it arrives to you safely and with thought and care!
Our mug sets are snugly placed in custom cut (recyclable) foam and the crystal tea accessories are safely tucked inside the mug in a little velvet pouch so they don't move an inch on their journey to you.

Your items are just as important to us as they are to you.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?

If your order has not arrived by its due date, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and we work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability.

Please note in the case that a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order.
